I'll try to help .. yes All mac os themes for older version of cinnamon will work on LM 20. Yes you can get the same icons as Mac OS including the new Big Sur. Yes you can get the window borders and change the position of the window controls. However. You can't get a working global menu in Cinnamon. You can get ot easily in Mate or XFCE.
